Le ShopPro est un système de coupe haute performance, offrant des fonctionnalités de premier ordre dans un ensemble suffisamment compact pour s’adapter à tous les fabricants de métaux.
De construction robuste, le ShopPro a la même fiabilité et précision que tous les systèmes de coupe KOIKE.
Le ShopPro a été développé grace à l’expérience des fabricants et des métallurgistes, qui exigeaient un ensemble de fonctionnalités robustes à un prix
raisonnable.
La machine est équipée d’une CNC FlashCut basée sur Windows® et d’un Panel PC 21”, offrant une utilisation facile et intuitive. La fonction CAO/FAO intégrée et le support Wi-Fi/LAN permettent de réaliser une production flexible et efficace.

Air scribe marker
- Pneumatic scribe
A pneumatic scribe tool to engrave lines, shape and text onto the plate. The marking can be used to indicate part number, welding mark, drilling center, etc. - Ohmic plate sensing
The air scribe needle works as probe for ohmic sensing, providing accurate plate detection at every start of the marking process. - Easy setup
Changing from marking to plasma cutting is done easily, thanks to the magnetic torchbreak away system. Simply swap the torch manually.
Oxyfuel torch option
- Up to 50mm cutting thickness
Oxyfuel option designed for occasional cutting of thick materials up to 50mm. - Remote control of 3 solenoid valves
3 solenoid valves for cutting oxygen, preheat oxygen and fuel gas is equipped on the torch carriage, and can be controlled remotely fom the control panel. - Easy setup
Tool can be swapped between plasma and oxyfuel manually, using the same torch holder bracket. The cutting tool can be selected in the CAM function integrated in the CNC controller.
