Koike Cutting Nozzles
Koike oxy fuel cutting nozzles are designed and manufactured to provide high quality cutting, safe operation, longer cutting life, high speed cutting and save gas costs. In addition our 100 series cutting nozzle can be used to replace Airco® style cutting nozzle.
All Koike 100 Series cutting nozzles are designed to mix the fuel and the oxygen used for preheating inside the nozzle. This is recognized as one of the safest methods.

High speed Divergent Technology [D5, D7 and M7 -series]
The cutting oxygen outlet of the high-speed divergent nozzles is called a divergent shape and it is designed through a high technical calculation.
In order to make the most of the divergent shape for a long term of the operation, Koike employs the unique patented stainless steel lining. The state-of-the-art divergent nozzle design provides faster cutting and long life time compared to the standard nozzles.

Heavy Preheat Nozzles [M-series]
The M-series cutting nozzles are designed for applications that require higher heat input for stable cutting.
With the deeper slits on preheating gas lines, preheat flame of M-series nozzles spreads wider than standard or divergent nozzles. Also the nozzle provides larger heat coverage around the cutting oxygen stream by heavier preheating.
M-series nozzles are especially useful for bevel cutting applications where flame easily deflects from the work piece and requires higher heat input compared to perpendicular cuts.

Heavy duty Out-mixing Nozzle [EPOCH-series]
EPOCH is a specially designed out-mixing nozzle series to cut heavy thickness steel safely and efficiently.
- Out-mixing nozzle that is safe and no flashback
Preheat oxygen and fuel gas is mixed after Out-mixing eliminates any possibility of flashback
- Good stand-off height
EPOCH nozzle is designed to have higher torch position, 50-70mm off the plate. higher position helps preventing overheat of the torch system especially when cutting extra thick materials
- Cool-running; no overheating
Lasts longer because it is engineered to run cool during cutting
