The MAXIGRAPH-DX is designed for demanding cutting applications, featuring a robust gantry structure with dual side drives for smooth and responsive operation. The MAXIGRAPH-DX incorporates rack and pinion backlash-free drives on both X and Y axes, ensuring precise and repeatable motion. Its advanced gantry system includes precision-machined steel rails for smooth and accurate operation, a stable longitudinal drive mechanism for consistent performance, an expandable carriage system for up to five carriages on a slag-resistant steel band, and a rapid action coupling for efficient manual positioning of tool carriages. The ultimate in rugged reliability and versatility, available width from 3,500mm to 6,000mm and rail lengths up to 30,000mm, the MAXIGRAPH-DX can accommodate various plate sizes. The gantry portal design ensures high stiffness across the machine width, while low-profile rails facilitate easy loading and unloading.
The MAXIGRAPH-DX offers exceptional cutting capabilities with support for up to six oxyfuel cutting torches. Each torch incorporates a reliable automatic ignition device and capacitive height control for precise cutting. Furthermore, the MAXIGRAPH-DX enhances cutting versatility with various plasma cutting systems, suitable for both mild steel and stainless-steel cutting.

Plasma torch station
Plasma cutting station prepared for high-speed, high-accuracy, multi-purpose cutting systems. Torch holder is made of two parts connected by magnets and disjoints when excess physical force is given to the torch, protecting it from being damaged.
Plasma curtain improves safety during the cutting process, and the torch cable-bear mounted on the torch station, ensures all hoses and cables related to the plasma torch remain organized during machine movements.
Oxyfuel torch stations
Oxyfuel cutting station equipped with the KOIKE 500L cutting torch. Multi torch capability, being possible to install up to 6 oxyfuel cutting torches (up to 5 torches in case of plasma cutting combined), with all stations being controlled from the operator console.
Capacitive Height Sensor, Up/Down control at the torch block, automatic ignition, available as standard.
Capacitive height sensor
Ensure impeccable cutting quality with our electrostatic capacitive height adjustment system. This advanced technology maintains a constant distance between the tip and the plate during cutting, guaranteeing precision and consistency. Easily mountable, this system is essential for achieving superior results in every cut.
FANUC Drives/motors
MAXIGRAPH best output is ensured by FANUC’s integrated drive and motor package, which provides simple maintenance, high-quality, and exceptional performance.
HI-LO Pre-heat control unit
HI-LO Pre-heat Control significantly reduces the time required to preheat the plate before piercing. Additionally, it allows for easy and precise setting of pre-heat flames, ensuring optimal performance.
Gantry cable bear
Mounted on the main frame of the gantry, the cable bear ensures all hoses and cables remain organized during machine movements.
Safety features
Equipped with emergency tape switch at
4 corners of the machine, 2 emergency
stop switches (on operation panel, and at
machine side), and invasion alarm system by
rope switch at the front and the rear side of
the machine.
KOIKE D7 cutting nozzles
KOIKE’s 100 Series nozzles offer a safer option by reducing backfires, ensuring the safety of both the operator and the torch. Our high-speed divergent nozzles enhance cutting speed, while also reducing gas consumption compared to standard nozzles. Additionally, the stainless-steel cutting oxygen liner makes these nozzles exceptionally durable.

Tables & Filters
KOIKE offers the possibility to equip the cutting machines with different types of dust filters and cutting tables on a turnkey basis.
For all cutting processes there is a suitable type and combination of cutting table and dust filter.
Cutting tables can be customized with cleaning systems, vibrating conveyors, etc.
Plasma systems
KOIKE offers a comprehensive range of plasma systems from KJELLBERG (Germany) and HYPERTHERM (USA). Each system’s specific cutting tables are seamlessly integrated into the KOIKE FANUC CNC control, ensuring efficient, quick operations and optimal cutting quality.
Additionally, KOIKE cutting machines can perform marking tasks when equipped with an automatic gas control.
